Reviewed Article: West Wing Babies

This magazine article both tells and shows how The West Wing has influenced people and politicians about politics and government. I think it’s perfectly plausible. There seems to be a lot of parallels between the popular TV show and the Obama administration. It’s also a well-known fact that the media shapes the public and I think that The West Wing has done just that. This was a very interesting piece and I enjoyed reading it, even though I’ve never seen the show. Of course, I’m sure I’ve seen bits and pieces of re-runs, in fact, I know I have, but I doubt if I’ve ever seen a complete episode and I know I never watched the show religiously. My mother used to really enjoy The West Wing, but I avoided it like the plague, much like I do to anything associated with politics.
