Book 16: The Hobbit

Book 16 is now complete!!! I'm finally making progress on my challenge! It's so exciting to actually read for pleasure again...really, you have no idea. Ahhh....so where to begin with J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit? Well, first of all, it was an excellent read. It was enjoyable and easy and it kept my attention (for the most part). I found myself having to go back to reread some sections because my mind had wondered, but there has been a lot on my mind lately. I would tell you my favorite part of the book, but then that would give it away and I don't feel like putting this under a cut that warns you all about spoilers. If you wish to know my favorite part, just shoot me a message or leave a comment here and I'll get back to you. Same goes with any of the other books I have read. Now that The Hobbit is finished, I am going to read The Lord of the Rings Trilogy by J.R.R. Tolkien. I am also starting up a bookclub (first meeting is tonight!!!) and we are going to read Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. Hopefully, by the end of this month, I'll have at least four more books read (Pride and Prejudice, The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, and Return of the King).

Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Well, until next time!

Kelly :)
