Happy Things Day 15
-Todd's parents drove down to visit with us today. It was fun! Even if Todd and I managed to suck at hand & foot for a good while. That is the way the cards go sometimes.
-I tried the recipe for sweet potato chips this morning. It...did not work as intended; the chips were more rubbery/soggy than chip-like. But I suppose I learned a bit more about cooking if I ever wanted to try making them again. And the failed chips only cost about $0.60 to make, so I didn't feel bad about throwing them out when they strted making my tummy unhappy.
-I now have an extra sweet potato to bake at some point. And that I know I can make yummy.
