What got you into books?: Well, I taught myself to read when I was 2 and half, 3 years old with those Mercer Meyer books. I moved onto bigger and better thngs in elementary school. I got to a university reading level in grade 4.
What's your favorite book?: Waifs and Strays by Charles De Lint
What's your least favorite book?: Lady Chatterly's Lover by D.H Lawrence
Favorite author?: Francesca Lia Block
Most disliked author?: Stephanie Meyer
Favorite book genre/subject?: Fantasy, of course. The rules of reality do not have to apply.
Least favorite book genre/subject?: Historical fiction. Blerg
Why do you like Bookfails?: Gives me a chance to see what others are thinking about books. Also, I have a masochistic tendency to see why the books I like are stupid and why I am stupid for liking them.
You can change one thing about this community what would it be?: I can't really think of anything
One book you have been dying to read?: CAN'T BE A REREAD! Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay. I love the Dexter series, but never got to read the books that inspired it.
One book you have been dying to forget?: The novelization of Resident Evil.
Other hobbies besides reading?: Well, writing (I am in a writing program at university), playing the guitar, baking, cooking, finding crazy videos online, watching cheesy horror movies and taking bets on who will die first.
