When dildos detonate.....Face the Promise
Odd subject line I KNOW!!
That's my day though.
I slept for crap last night. 1 1/2 hours if that. And to top that off, it was a horrible sleep. I slept funky so now I have a nagging pain in my neck/shoulder.
Up @ 5:45 to go to a meeting w/some dude at 7. He never showed. Came back snoozed for about 30 mins. The alarm aka my radio, goes off. Bob & Tom as usual, but they were talking about how some state, I forget which, banned the use/purchase of dildos and sex toys. Funny sure. But somehow they added in talking about fireworks and explosives. This was all hilarious in itself, but then....THEN!!! They said the line that Ruedel, Elyssa and I came up with one day in band. I was freaking crying. I intend to call Kyle later so I can be reasonably sure he isn't in class. That just made my day happy.
Fast forward about three hours. Still listenging to the same station only to hear one of my favorite DJ's announce that it's Seger Friday and from 10-10 they are giving away Seger tickets for his show at Joe Louis to anyone who calls in when they hear his songs. HOW FREAKING AWESOME!! I didn't get to go in the summer=sad. Now he's back. Unf. his show is on the night of Substance Abuse. I don't care. If I get the tickets, it will be well worth having to take the final. hahaha. So needless to say, my ear will be glued to the radio and the phone next to me at all times.
...if I see Lance today, this will be the absolute perfect end for this crappy week.
