Last time the polls were tied nearly neck-and-neck between Cha Song Joo and . . . Cha Song Joo! Shocking everyone, Cha Song Joo ended up the victor with this demonstration of BAMFitude:
As for this episode - okay, I'll admit that at first I thought it would be a slow one for costumes, but . . . well, YOU WILL SEE.
1.
Let's take a look first at Woo Wan, who has (thankfully? sadly?) abandoned the omnipresent checkered suit in favor of a new costume piece to wear with every outfit: PURPLE SUSPENDERS.
Which is the best combination, though? Purple suspenders and charmingly askew dotted bow-tie?
Purple suspenders and bright pink hat?
Purple suspenders and DOUBLE PISTOLS?
Since we have a lot of excellence to come, I'm just going to have to class all of these as one, and if you pick it you can tell me which one you're really voting for in comments.

Cha Song Joo wears this dress for all of two seconds in the show, which is really a shame because it's so nifty! It's like something out of a Tim Burton movie except stylish instead of bizarre, and it looks fantastic on her. Costumers, it is rare that I question your decisions on this show, but I did object to taking this dress off Cha Song Joo and having her spend a large chunk of the rest of the episode instead wearing the next contender . . .

At least I did object until I realized that obviously this meant that Cha Song Joo was going to be the next Dread Pirate Roberts.
And you must admit, she would make a wonderful one.

ALMOST AS WONDERFUL AS SHE MAKES A HILARIOUSLY UNCONVINCING CROSS-DRESSED STREET URCHIN.
Yes, my friends, what I did not remember is that this is the episode in which everyone goes out wearing CUNNING DISGUISES. Obviously this one has a hold on my heart because it is CHA SONG JOO and CROSS-DRESSING and that is two of my favorite things in the world already, but Woo Wan is putting up fierce competition . . .

With GIANT GLASSES AND A LOLARIOUS TINY FAKE MOUSTACHE.
Guys, I can't even. I started trying to take more screencaps of this and could not because I was laughing too hard.
Honorable Mention: Okay, so the outfit itself is not particularly noteworthy, which is why it's not going in the poll, but I have to throw in kudos for Se Gi's EXTREMELY CUNNING disguise:
Anyone who might possibly recognize Se Gi would know that the master of the floral fedora would never be caught DEAD in this hat. (And you only have to look at his expression to know the sacrifices he is making in his heart for the cause.)
