This is probably a bad idea, but it's a Friday and it's very quiet at work and I've still got subversive meta shojo on the brain, SO: give me a character that I know, and I'll write 2-3 sentences about their experiences in Ohtori Academy and/or their experiences in Gold Crown Town.

"What - you're not supposed to be able to come back here!" The old man surges to his feet in the rocking chair among the gears, so furious one of his hands falls off. "What are you doing! Edel -"

"You know," says Claire, thoughtfully "I'm not sure were really listening when I told ya this world was mine." He snaps off one of Edel's arms, and contemplates the jagged edge of the wood with satisfaction. (Edel doesn't complain.) "Not listening when someone's talking, well - that's just plain rude."

That--that is actually kind of terrifying. I'M NOT SURE CLAIRE WOULD BE GOOD FOR THAT WORLD AFTER ALL. (Why I would ever have thought that in the first place is beyond me.)
