Ah. Whippedcream? And Cherries? Isn't that the usual sexual connotation?
For Pg-13 romance... something that calls attention to the lips or the tongue yet something that allows for conversation. Like, I won't suggest a Lobster dinner, that's a bit involved. The first thing that comes to mind that isn't dirty has to be soft serve ice cream. Why? I don't know. Perhaps because it meets previously listed expectations. You go out, get ice cream, and talk between licks. Hell, it's more casual than eating dinner, sitting across from each other and worrying about eye contact. You can hang out next to a railing or outside and talk.
