Don't vote to eliminate characters you haven't read, people! Haha I say that based on my very biased assumption that there's no way 17 people could vote to eliminate Jace if they'd read the Mortal Instruments, and must only be doing so because they see him as competition for their crush :P

Marcus Flutie isn't from TVD, he's from The Jessica Darling Series, which is contemp (no supernatural creatures at all).

And I've read TMI and Jace is my least fave character in the series! Some girls just don't like snarky, rude guys.

I like Twilight, but I'm amused by the many votes to eliminate Edward, who I think is fine for Bella but I'd never date, and Jacob, who has Nice Guy Syndrome from hell. :)
