State of the Me
1) I had a root canal, and surprisingly it was a lot better than the last one. It only took about half an hour as opposed to an hour, and now I only need to go in and get the crown fitted and then I'm done. I mean, it's still ridiculously expensive, but it's almost done anyway and the rest of my teeth are fine.
2) I've sorted out holidays this year-- Thanksgiving with Mom, Christmas with Dad (and bonus Susanna!), Star Wars with Dad and Valentine's Day with SWL because she will be HERE and we will go to the Ritz together and be nauseatingly adorable. As we do.
3) I am finished with Lolita, thank God. Let us say no more on the subject.
4) If any of you are interested in Shakespeare, there's a group on Tumblr I need to introduce you to, called socialshakespeare. Every month they (and their sister group socialperformance) have readings of various plays every month. Today was my group for the Scottish play and it was beautiful.
5) I really want a cookie cake. Blah.
