Nikki convinced me to start a Hunger Games AU. And by convinced I mean "didn't tell me no fast enough." So... prepare for pain.
FYI, though, Summer does not get reaped. She is tiny and young and nobody hurts her ever. She lives to a ripe and healthy old age BECAUSE I FUCKING SAID SO.
