Nice try, Murdoch.
Murdoch's at it again, trying to buy up more and more media outlets to add to his empire. The FCC is aiding and abetting him-- and yes, I used criminal terms quite deliberately-- and if they succeed, the amount of diversity in media will go sharply downward, because Rupert Murdoch has a history of only being interested in straight white men. The amount of investigative journalism and balanced or liberal-bias news will go sharply downward, because Rupert Murdoch has a history of only being interested in conservative-bias news. Conventional DC wisdom has it that no one cares about media ownership anymore. Let's prove them wrong.
