Once my check clears and my roomie sends in her tenant application, I will be living....

I have exposed brick walls. I have hardwood floors. I have a second floor place with a small patio that can fit a small grill.
I HAVE A HUGE KITCHEN WITH A GAS STOVE!
and it's less than 20 min to campus whether you walk or take the bus. And there's onstreet parking without a permit. and a guest space for b when he visits.
and I don't have to hunt for an apartment anymore! WAHOO!!!!
