I guess I should introduce myself. I'm Leon, a member of the SOS Brigade. [Also known as Haruki's club.] I'm working on an important task that'd help out the village

All right, so you were asking about the 'dangerous' task. It's nothing bad; I've already done testing on organics. You would be warped from one place to another.

[I wouldn't even call it 'dangerous,' myself.]

It wouldn't take long at-- [Waaaait.] How tall are you? [He has to check, since he's already confirmed with Haruki that the current model won't fit people that are, like, 5'11" feet or taller.]

Okay. It's just that the teleporter isn't that big, so I don't want anyone too tall.

If you could drop by house #31 at some point today, we can do the test. Would that work?

Great. Oh-- and what's your name?

Hope? [That's a different name. ...For a boy.] Got it. Okay, I'll be waiting for you.

[Thankfully, Leon hadn't walked off too far from the door, so he answers after only a moment. He's just finished the first project with Raenef.]

Hey, you're just in time. You ready?

[Leon disappears back into the house for a little bit, then reappear rolling a barrel about 40 inches tall (that is, well over half his size). He has to tip it through the front door before getting it rolling out onto the lawn, and even that is a bit of a trial.] ...Whew.

[The boy dusts his hands and places them on his hips, looking at Hope.] I've already tried using the teleporter, so you don't have to worry about that too much. Right now, I'd like to test how people from other worlds and races feel going through it.

[He points at the mouth of the barrel, taking the lid off to show the symbol etched on the inside of it.] You'll climb into the barrel and crouch down, and the symbol will be completed when the lid is put on. The other barrel is in the living room, where you'll end up.
