Do you feel a stranger has a right to inject themselves into choices you make in regards to your children, specifically obvious choices that are not be healthy for the child?
For example, if you saw a stranger in a car with their young child/ren with the windows rolled up smoking... do you feel you have a right to say something? Do you feel smoking while having children in the car w/the windows rolled up (or even with it cracked) should be grounds for CPS to be called? Why or why not?
Edit: Hypothetically if you thought CPS WOULD do something, would you call?
