Someone I know has just found out her 17 year old daughter has had 3 abortions in the last year. She has been with her boy friend for over 2 years. I know she was given very good sex education from her parents. She is at college and working part time and is a lovely hard working girl. That's your opinion. I don't judge anyone for being pro-choice and you'll never EVER see me be judgmental toward someone who has had an abortion (I have many many friends who can vouch for that, as well as some who have had abortions), and I would appreciate the same respect for my opnion.

Oh, and just FYI...of course that's not the only reason why I'm anti-abortion....but it's a good part of why I choose to be...I understand why alot of women abort, be it rape or incest or health risks...I've been raped and had a child because of it, and my best friend will die if she ever chooses to carry a baby to term...so, I can understand and sympathize. But, if people are aborting because they are too lazy to protect themselves, then I'm NOT okay with that.

I do also sympathize with young women who have not been properly educated, but, according to the OP, this person has.

Seriously, that is the stupidest anti-abortion nonsense I've ever read. Despite what you read on the internet, people do not actually go around aborting willy-nilly because they're bored or whatever. Aborting is a HUGE decision, and, while most women think long and hard before doing it, I know women in my own life who have done it repeatedly, and who talk about it and treat it like it's absolutely no big deal.

Abortion is not a huge decision for every woman. I've thought about it (though not long and hard, because it's not a tough decision for me to reach). If I got pregnant more than once, I'd have more than one, and I can't really see it being a big deal to me (besides coming up with the money, since I don't make much). That you think my attitude justifies being anti-abortion is dumb. I don't need to put words in your mouth, it's all there in black and white.

That's my issue...women who refuse to protect themselves and then keep getting pregnant over and over and having multiple abortions because they're rather not take a pill or make the guy wear a condom. It's not just a pro-life thing...it's not good for the body either.

I doubt that I would judge you, because I doubt that you would be that careless. Abortion might not be a huge decision for you, but I don't get the impression that you treat it likes it absolutely nothing.
