kids forced to strip for "underwear inspection" at SCHOOL
your older elementary school kid comes home one day and tells you that they, along with about a dozen others of their gender, were singled out for "underwear inspection" due to several incidents of poop being found on the gym floor. your kid says when he/she protested, they were told to do it because all of those selected for the strip search had to and therefore he/she was pressured into complying.
since i'm sure we can all agree that this is seventy kinds of out of fucking line, here's the debate part:
how much hell would you raise?
a) sue the school for humiliation compensation and/or possibly therapy for kid?
b) demand the teachers who pulled this stunt be immediately fired/barred from ever being in a school again?
c) demand teachers involved be prosecuted for child abuse?
d) some combination or all of the above?
e) other/extra?
BONUS: if your kid(s) hadn't been involved, how much hell would you help raise (i.e. how much would you support a lawsuit/firing and/or prosection of teachers)?
