Family hopes to finalize adoption of 2 Ugandan children.
It's about how a couple from Colorado who already has one bio child and aren't infertile, are going over to Uganda to set up a non-profit organization and adopt two children. They might not be able to bring one of the children home because she might be HIV+, and if she is, she won't be allowed to come to the US.
That pissed me off. I think they should be able to adopt the HIV+ child and take her home to the US, but that's just me. What do you think? Should people not be able to adopt HIV+ children from overseas, or should they? Why or why not?
