ETA: I've editted to make it clear that the person feeding the kiddo eggs/dairy is the custodial parent.
What do you think of someone feeding their (ETA: own) child something that the child's other parent disapproves of?
What if the food is not unhealthy, like eggs or cheese?
Do you think it's better to feed these foods in secret, (knowing it is not truly harmful), because the other parent will not budge their position on such foods?
Do both parents have a right to know everything their children eat?
Does it matter if the parent who forbids certain foods is not the caretaker?
**said kiddo is old enough for such foods, not allergic, and the foods are not unhealthy**
