What would you do if you discovered your 16 year old had a tattoo?
The tattoo is in a place normally covered by clothing, so you don't know it is there until a couple months after your teen gets it, and you only find out because one of their friends mentions it thinking you already know.
After some investigation, you find out that your teen got the tattoo at her friend's house because her friend's older brother had bought a tattoo gun online and wanted to try it out. (In this scenario, the friend's brother is also under 18).
The tattoo is really horrible, it looks like something a kindergartner would have drawn. Do you consider the bad tattoo punishment enough?
