My son is only two months old but already says: " Mama " , " Dada ", " No " , and " Hungry " , is that normal?

It's babble. It's early for a baby to be babbling, but it's babble. Can you give a rough approximation of the sound you think is "hungry"?

don't be suprised if he is a little slower on the physical stuff (i am told that boys who talk early walk a little later and boys who walk early talk a little later - it was true for my little guy).

I believe that applies for all children.
I was early with walking, late with talking in a way that my parents could understand me.
My sister was the other way around.

I mean this respectfully and I'm not suggesting that he's stupid or anything, but most babies can do that by 2 weeks. By 2 months average babies are saying it in 3-4 languages. But don't worry, milestones have HUGE ranges of what's normal, and you really shouldn't start worrying until 6 months.
