I believe that applies for all children. I was early with walking, late with talking in a way that my parents could understand me. My sister was the other way around.
I mean this respectfully and I'm not suggesting that he's stupid or anything, but most babies can do that by 2 weeks. By 2 months average babies are saying it in 3-4 languages. But don't worry, milestones have HUGE ranges of what's normal, and you really shouldn't start worrying until 6 months.
