Taste: Grilled Shrimp and Tilapia
Once again, Danielle puts together a meal that is totally rad. I ate it so fast that I don;t even remember what it looked like. For real it makes coming home after a long day of school/work so much happier and easier. After dinner, we went to Steak & Shake for shakes, She had a cookies and cream one and I had raspberry and cream. Righteous.
Smell: Hobo
There's this hobo who comes to my store who, as Ryan puts it, does not smell as bad as other hobos. In fact, I think he has some kind of cologne that he wears. I feel bad for the guy, but what can I do?
Feel: Sleep grogginess
Whenever I am really tired, no matter how awake my mind feels, my body just likes to crap out on me. I guess it's a natural thing that happens to anyone whenever they are tired but I really believe that it's something that's very individual. I makes me think of when I was young and my parents would carry me into my bed from the couch or car or whatever. It also reminds me of the feeling of flight (like in an airplane.)
Hear: Big Youth -
Screaming TargetI finally got my copy of Screaming Target at work today and I think it's great! Not only does
Trojan release it in original form, but it also adds other mixes and original songs that Big Youth does versions of on his album. Unlike U-Roy's DJ album, Big Youth is more low key and has more Rastafarian refernces on it. That's not a problem what so ever because he picks good grooves and has a nice slow chanting style. It was a great soundtrack for milkshake purchasing last night.

Black Books Season 2Black Books is a great show about a drunk, Bernard Black, who owns a bookstore in London. The show aired on Comedy Central for just a little while. I like the show not only because I work in a bookstore, but because of all the crazy british humor trouble the characters seem to get into to. I already rented the first season and am now making it through the second. But the fact that I can share the issues of working in the bookstore is what really drives the show home for me.
