Chapter XIII

JunSu couldn’t believe JaeJoong, his idol, his life, was really kissing him. Thousand butterflies flew in his stomach, his heart was thumping really fast, and his skin felt like it was on fire and ice cold at the same time.

JaeJoong’s lips were so smooth and tasted so good JunSu never thought he could feel this way, he had that urge, that impulse of doing more, of taking one next step, rushing through his veins.

The kiss stopped when both needed air, JunSu looked up and saw that JaeJoong had his eyes closed yet, his lips were parted and his hands were around JunSu’s waist.

Like he was under some kind of spell, JunSu reached forward, touching JaeJoong’s lips with one of his fingers, he brushed it through his lower lip, making the other slowly open his eyes. JunSu gasped seeing the intensity of JaeJoong look, marking into his very soul, sending a shiver down his spine.

“JaeJoong ah…” JunSu whisper burning across JaeJoong’s lips while he approached him, making the distance between their bodies smaller, almost inexistent.

JaeJoong lids were closing again, heavy like they had to be closed, to savor each feeling better.

“Take me, do it to me whatever you want…” JunSu said between clench teeth leaning in JaeJoong’s body.

JaeJoong’s eyes flew open, he swallowed the lump stuck in his throat, what was he thinking? How could he…? He stepped away from JunSu making the other grunt in objection.

“JunSu, things don’t work like that, we just can’t…” JaeJoong sighed, rubbing the spot between his eyes.

“So, you don’t want me?” JunSu asked, feeling his tears forming on the corner of his eyes.

“Stop! Don’t presume things without even understanding them.” JaeJoong shouted first then he calmed himself down. JunSu’s eyes widened in desperation.

“Please, don’t leave me, I was wrong, I’m always wrong, I’m so sorry, just don’t go, please!” JunSu launched himself forward, hugging JaeJoong, crying with all his strength.

“JunSu, calm down…” JaeJoong rubbed his back.

“Please give me another chance…” JunSu sobbed. JaeJoong closed his eyes and sighed in defeat.

“I need to think about it… but not here… I can’t think with you looking at me like that, do you understand?” JaeJoong grabbed JunSu by his shoulders; the other dried his tears with the back of his hands and nodded in agreement.

“Good, now you must give some time, don’t call me, I will call you till the end of the week, please don’t call me or I might…” JaeJoong took a deep breath.

“I understand.” JunSu seemed more calm now. “I’ll wait for your call.” He said while opening the door for JaeJoong.

JaeJoong left JunSu’s house with a headache, he needed to take a walk to think better.

YunHo is getting ready to sleep after another exhaustive day - but a great day nevertheless at least he saw JaeJoong - when his phone started to ring, he stood up looking for it.

“Wait, that’s not my phone ring tone!” YunHo realized then he saw JaeJoong’s phone lying on the carpet of his bedroom.

“Oh, he must have left it here.” He picked it up ready to answer, certainly was JaeJoong calling when he noticed his missing phone and YunHo would make him come and gets it of course, he smirked at the thought.

But his smile suddenly faded when he look at the screen displaying YooChun’s name on it. YunHo scolded, he remembered YooChun, the guy JaeJoong was at the club, he didn’t like that guy the moment he laid his eyes on it.

He would just let it ring, but then it wouldn’t be fun that way, would it? The smile on YunHo’s face returned when he answered the call.

“Hello.” He said faking a sleep voice. That was a moment of silence before the other speaks.

“Who’s speaking?” YooChun asks, he was sure he dialed the right number.

“YunHo… and who are you looking for?” YunHo, YooChun remembered of him too, that ignorant man JaeJoong met, what was he doing with JaeJoong’s phone?

“JaeJoong…” YooChun answered, annoyed.

“Oh, right JaeJoong.” YunHo yawned. “He is sleeping now... beside me... can you call tomorrow or do you want to leave a message?” YunHo knew it was a bad thing to lie about this but he just couldn’t stand that YooChun guy, he wanted to make him mad.

YooChun blood boiled when he heard that, he couldn’t believe this, he was just calling to let his JaeJoong know he was on his way back, that they finally would get together… that… he had the urge to scream when his eyes started to burn red, oh he was going to cry and he couldn’t let YunHo hear, so he just hang up, the phone hit the floor with a thud and his eyes became a salty pool while he took harsh breaths, in and out… he couldn’t believe this.

YunHo heard nothing but a muffled cry and the call was gone. He felt kind of bad for doing it but at the same time he didn’t. He looked at the record calls at the screen and pressed delete.

JaeJoong was extremely confuse now he just needed someone to talk about it, he then thought about HeeChul, but arriving at his house the other answered the door with a messy hair, panting and his lips were swollen, JaeJoong got the point and said he would come visit other day.

He then was left with HanGen, who insists he must stay there despite the family reunion they are having at the moment. JaeJoong doesn’t feel comfortable to talk about his problems in that family environment and just decides to bathe and rest till the next day.

In the middle of the night, when the rain starts falling, JaeJoong wakes up, it’s around 1 a.m. and he can’t seem to close his eyes, his thoughts wandered to YooChun, he thinks about him calling and immediately he searches for his phone, but he can’t find it anywhere, then it hits him, he left it at YunHo’s house.

He knows is late but he also knows he won’t be able to sleep if he doesn’t check his phone for missed calls, so he gets up without warning anyone, just leaving a note, he even forgets to get an umbrella.

YunHo wakes up with the sound of his door bell; he takes a glance at the clock marking 1:46 a.m., puts on his flippers and answers it, finding a very wet JaeJoong at his door.

“I need my cell phone.” He says covering his already soak head with his arm.

“Oh… I’ll sure give to you, but first you need to get out of the rain.” YunHo invites him in.

JaeJoong is freezing, so YunHo offers to dry his clothes on the drier machine. JaeJoong nods taking only his shirt, since it was the most drenched piece of cloth.

“I should start charging for my laundry services.” YunHo smiles, JaeJoong smiles back. “Please, make yourself at home; I’ll get you a nice cup of tea.” He finishes leaving JaeJoong at the living room. He observes there’s a balcony door and slowly opens it, letting the cool breeze and the smell of rain comes in, he then seats at the fluffy pillows lying on the floor across from the balcony.

YunHo returns with the tea, and joins Jae at the floor. They stay there watching the rain and talking about random facts.

“You remind me of someone I knew.” JaeJoong says while watching YunHo.

“Please don’t tell is your grandpa.” YunHo frowns.

“Why would I say that?” JaeJoong laughs, covering his mouth with the palm of his hand, YunHo smiles at the gesture.

“Someone told that once, just after saying I looked with someone they knew. Do I look old?” YunHo explains.

“Not at all...” JaeJoong is still laughing.

“Anyway, please continue...” YunHo says, making himself more comfortable on the pillows, he was lying on them, supported by his elbow, looking at JaeJoong, when the other was leaning on the wall, on a seating position.

“You remind me of my old-”

“Old?” YunHo cuts, incredulous. JaeJoong laughs once again.

“I didn’t mean it like that, I mean he’s not anymore, He was my old teacher.” JaeJoong finishes.

“Ohh...what did he teach?”

“Piano.”

“Cool, was he more handsome than I?” YunHo asks.

“Pretty much.” JaeJoong answers.

“What?” YunHo fakes being shot on the heart.

“I’m kidding, you’re actually more handsome than him, and you should be proud of that because he was quite a catch.” JaeJoong blinks at him.

“Well, I am thank you.” YunHo nods.

“He was my first love.”

“Really? That’s nice.”

“I loved his hands, to look at them while he played the piano, they were so beautiful. You have hands like his.”

“Oh, thank you. “ YunHo bushed, JaeJoong smiled. “Did you have some kind of affair with him?” YunHo asks, curious about the story.

“Well, kind of… let’s say I haven’t learned piano with him, I went to his house to do something else…” JaeJoong giggled.

“Oh, naughty boy.” YunHo grins.

“I had fallen completely in love for him in such a short period of time… he was perfect to my eyes…” JaeJoong continued.

“I’m getting a little jealous here...” YunHo pouts. “So, why did it end? I’m assuming it did.”

“Yes, he was seeing another student of his…” JaeJoong sighed.

“Why on earth would he need someone else other than you?” YunHo seemed surprised.

“I could never be what he wanted me to be, what he really liked…”

“What?” YunHo supported himself on both elbows, getting really interested by JaeJoong’s story.

“A girl.” JaeJoong whispered.

“No girl is match for you; I can only say this teacher of yours was a stupid fool, crazy! You are more beautiful than any girl I’ve ever seen, you’re like an angel-”

“You are just like him…” JaeJoong cut YunHo’s sentence, making him embarrassed.

“The good part of him… I mean.” JaeJoong smiles, YunHo sighs in relief.

“You better watch out or I might fall in love…” JaeJoong jokes.

“I wouldn’t mind…” YunHo says looking straight in to JaeJoong’s eyes.

He seats up, making the distance between them both smaller, JaeJoong just looks at him blankly. YunHo smiles when he caress JaeJoong’s cheek and the other leans in to the touch, so he waste no time before capturing his lips in a sweet kiss.
