This is kinda interesting...

The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.
It is a metaphorical tool [...] used to help people better understand their interpersonal communication and relationships.

So...here is my Jahari Window.
And just to be fair, my Nohari Window, as well. A Nohari window is the inversion of the Johari window, and is a collection of negative personality traits instead of positive.
