seven weeks, two days...

Well, I'm in Eustis. A point on a map I wish to burn. I can't stand it here. It's a town that somehow managed to stop time in 1901. It is full of ignorance and hatred and racism. It's a miracle if you can find one person with which to have a decent and intelligent conversation. I am counting the days until Paris.

Meanwhile, tomorrow (or rather, today) is Mother's Day! A shining event. I love my mum with all of my heart and I'm very close to her, so, tomorrow should be special.

One week left of vacation. I'll be back to school on May 16th. Boo. I'm taking Dance Improvisation, College Algebra, and Racism in American Society. I'm thrilled about dance and sociology.. math- eh, not so much. I had horrible instruction in High School, which snowballed my learning into an abyss of stupidity. I'd rather write.

PARIS IN JULY!!!! (I thought I'd add that bit of excitement, as it just came over me.)

I'm really wondering what my roommate for the summer is going to be like. When I went to ADF, I had a roommate for six weeks and we ended up being the closest of friends. I'm hopeful...

Well, off to watch a movie with my dad.

Au revoir!

(I miss my dancers! Boo.)
