Opening Night...
Tonight was opening night of Kinetic Diversity, my first performing opportunity at USF!
We did well. Not as good as we could've done, but good. However, it was opening night.. tomorrow will be better!!!! I'm so excited to be back on stage and to go back on again tomorrow, TWICE!! :D hehe!!!! I can't wait! I love it! Lauren and I went out to watch the rest of the concert tonight and found a lovely little message from our darling Brookie! I LOVE YOU BROOKIE!!!!
I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY TO ALL OF THE DANCERS IN KINETIC DIVERSITY: YOU FREAKIN' ROCK!!!! This concert is amazing. Absolutely amazing! Woo-hoo!
Okay, so I feel good about my performing. Michael told Lauren and I that we did well tonight, so that was beautiful! Speaking of the faculty, I'm very nervous about my conference in two weeks. :( I am really wondering about my placement in ballet and what the faculty is going to say to me. Ahhhh.... SOOO NERVOUS!!! I don't want them to be like, "it's too late for you.. maybe you should choose something else to do with your life." I don't care what they say, it's just that they determine how far I get in this program. Ugh.
Two shows tomorrow. I can't wait because at this point, the only place I feel comfortable is on stage!
