Man Arrested for “Failure to Notify” in Ohio
The guy has his conceal carry license out and tries several times to notify, but the cop interrupts and tells him to explain why he's stopped on the side of the road talking to a woman.
Long, but worth the watch. I would think it's fucking terrifying to have a cop tell you the other officer "would have been a nice witness as I executed you..."
