"It is better to be fascinated with the changing of the seasons..."

"...than to be hopelessly in love with winter."

And yet I feel so at peace when the first snow falls. Maybe it's the quiet that seems to envelop the world when the snow falls, or maybe it's the transition of fading autumn brown and green into pure winter white. I've never felt that gold and green were best, as tradition and convention may say, but green and white resonate with me.

It's ironic that this year has found me more reasons to like Catonsville after I've already decided for good that I am leaving permanently.

300 miles is a long fucking distance. I'm hoping for 300 feet or a car.

I'll try not to judge so harshly. I don't like being wrong anyway.

Hopefully within the next four years I'll have been to England and Japan, and if possible other places as well. I want to see the world.

I believe that music has helped shape who I am today, one important factor in a sea of many interconnected ones.

I am glad to be living, even if living may mean nothing more than a series of chemical functions.

And if I can remember these things, I am certain that I will remain at peace with life. And I will remember these things when the snow falls.
