Kūkaku was planning on blowing office hours this week, what with the holiday around being as good an excuse to blow of things as any, but she did keep supplies in her office, and so she at least had to grab something.
As soon as she felt something in the air shift the moment she turned the door handle, she knew she'd just made a stupid mistake. She braced herself for something big and loud, but was ultimately disappointed, as no such explosion occurred. Slowly, she opened the door; mostly everything seemed in order until she crept toward her desk. Sure enough, the violin was gone and there was
something else in its place.
Kūkaku let out a small grunt of distaste. Hooking up a device like that to her supplies was just an insult! But it was ticking down, and she could tell by the way it was hooked up that she'd be losing a lot of good gunpowder if she didn't do something quick.
"Koganehiko! Shiroganehiko! Get yer asses in here, we got a live one!"
Despite the distaste for the technology, there may have been a bit of a note of excitement in her voice when she said it and pulled out the tools necessary to disarm the thing before it set off.
[[ door and post are open, though I'm largely SP today! ]]
