well i suppose it's not as boring as usual but it's still boring. today wasn't too bad. didn't do too much which might be why today wasn't too bad. went to work with mom and did some shopping. but we did get a really bad call at lunch. my grandpa went into congested heart failure. he's been sick for some time now and we knew that he wouldn't be

we were just talking about the vampire series a little while ago. I read thje first three, but got stuck at "tale of the body thief" because it started out so slow and boring. I have started it twice but never finished it. maybe one day. right now caren has me reading the lord of the rings finally.

tale of the body thief did start slow, but it did pick up. i thought it was pretty good, not one of anne rice's best, but okay. i read the hobbit but i haven't read any of the lord of the rings books. my cousin is a LOTR freaka nd keeps yelling at me to read them.

i am sad for grandparents. it really sucks to see people waste away. and it sucks even more to realize that you're going to do it one day, too.

i'll read them eventually. but i think i'll reread the hobbit first. i just started another anne rice book, so maybe when i'm done with it i'll start them.
getting old is like one of my biggest fears. i don't wanna get old and die. dying sucks.
