The most wonderful day

So, when did I last post on here?
Hmmm... a long long time ago I think.

But yesterday was such an amazing day, I had to document it.

Michelle (my hag of many years) came to Cologne for us to have a fabulously gay day and then go to the Scissor Sisters concert.
First of all, she told me what clothes to buy and wear (including fake glasses). I did some research and figured out where to go for the day.

We started in a lovely little italian restaurant, where tv and film people usually go when they are in town. It was empty :-(
But still, we drank Tattinger champagne and ate tasty food and gossipped and talked about everything from life as a foreigner in Germany to Growlr. She even got a demo of it :-)

After a bit of shopping and a Hugo along the way, we ended up in a little centre where the Gucci shop etc are located. We drank fabulous cocktails from D&G glasses and met up with a scotish friend of mine from Düsseldorf. Then on to the concert...

We were there 20 mins before the doors opened, so we managed to get right to stage. The concert was as amazingly brilliant as I could have hoped for. Afterwards we waited for a while outside and then finally the band came out. We got a few pics. (Yes I squealed a little when Babydaddy put his arm around my back for the picture) and Michelle chatted with Ana about shoes.

On the way home we sat there grinning like cheshire cats. It was like a dream come true.
Days like that don't happen too often in life. It was AWESOME!
