TEENAGERS.
Today two 14 year old girls came into the shop I work at and spent a good 25 minutes stuffing their bags with everything they could possibly hold, then tried to leave. I asked very sweetly if I could please check their bags before they left, and the first one broke down into hysterical apologies while the second shrugged like it aint no thang and just let me raid her bag for the stolen goods.
They tried to make away with 7 full blocks of chocolate, 8 bags of lollies, 4 push-pops, a pair of gloves and a spray deodorant. In two tiny little bags. It was like the neverending handkerchief gag, but with food and two annoying little brats instead of clowns.
Anyway, I received some lulz from the incident but let them go because it was the first time I've ever caught anyone stealing like that and I didn't even quite know what to do. Then *I* got in trouble because I didn't call their parents or bring my manager up to scare them. :(
