It's pretty obvious that I am less and less hungry. Today was an old time low though I might still have a late night apple sauce snack and send the numbers shooting up ( NOT !!!).
Ha. It is so interesting this food and diet thing. I am just completely fascinated.
Today I went speed walking/jogging with J for a good half hour. It was nice and it was nice to exercise with someone else. I am glad CIIS will have free yoga... and a meditation room.
We reserved our first hotel for the first night of our road trip. It is at Agate Beach in Oregon ( where Willum and I stayed when we did our Opal Whiteley trip). It said sold out on the web, but then I called and they had a room !
My energy levels are great. It's like my energy consistently rising throughout the day and then after dinner I just hit a nice relaxed state.
It's amazing what not eating sugar, coffee and wheat does for me.
Before I started this detox, my energy was just and a lot of down throughout the day.
I really want to continue being mindful of what foods I absorb.
I have only lost 1 pound but I feel 100 times better. I have exercised almost every day this week. There is nothing quite like the feeling of health.
I did vow that there would be no ice cream left in the freezer within two days after I finish the detox, lol ~!
