Do any of you know any (preferably in seattle) web designers who know how to work with open source and knows how to set up community based websites ( drupal or joomla platform ) and needs portfolio experience ?
I could pay a bit, but not a lot...it's for NaPlWriMo and i didn't raise very much money this year so...

I am just asking, in case there is someone out there or in case you have just the perfect person to point me towards.
