injury to rt foot
that's what i read on the sign in form in Triage....
the 11 year old limps into my Triage room and I ask "How'd you hurt your foot?" I'm expecting the typical response of "I twisted my ankle or landed on my foot wrong and heard a pop..." no. no. no such responsse.
Mom said "Go ahead and tell her what happened" he looked up at me and said with a completly serious face, "Santa ran over my foot at the Christmas Party at school today"......I was like come again? He repeated it. I couldn't help but chuckle.....
Was it the sleigh or the reindeer's fault? We'll never know....
