if all goes as planned, our apartment will be available the end of this month. we're waiting on a few things before we give notice but this is such a great place that i don't want just anyone to have it.
capitol hill on bellevue ave e between republican & mercer (around the corner from top pot & sun liquor) 1br/bath, approx 950 sq ft (maybe 1000? i don't know for sure). rent is $1065 and includes utilities & basement storage. parking is an extra $60. laundry on site. we've put some beautiful custom made curtains/curtain rods in the place we might be willing to part with for a small price.
i'm hoping the new tenant will also want to keep the asparagus colored paint in the kitchen. it really brings some life to the space. are you interested?
