I missed last week's Pin Drabble Thing (I still marvel at our naming abilities, no, really. I do ♥) so I er - pointedly reminded acchikocchi that we should do another one, so she told me to think up a theme for it.

"I know, I know," Yamapi says, excited as they walk into their apartment, practical joke decided. "We'll swap clothes for a day! And people will-"
"Think I'm you!" Jin says, clapping his hands together as if it's the funniest thing either of them have ever concocted. "And they'll think you're me!"
"Where are your pants." Yamapi says, falling through the bedroom door. "I need to see your pants."
Jin pauses with the food, jutting out his hip. "I'm wearing pants. Come and investigate these ones, Pi."
Yamapi walks into the NEWS dressing room wearing Jin's clothes. They're at Countdown: the best place for a joke like this. With he and Jin in the same building, it's obvious that they're playing a joke. He expects uproar. He expects dismay. He does not expect Ryo to look up, "yo," and go back to his magazine.
Jin spends most of the day thumbing his jean pockets and trying to catch everybody's attention. He's wearing one of Yamapi's favourite t-shirts, but nobody is paying him the slightest bit of notice. He's considered shouting at them, but it was his New Year's resolution to stop shouting at people so much, so.
"Why is Yamapi holding Massu's face to his shirt like that," Tego asks, later.
"I don't know," Shige says. "Massu doesn't look very happy about it."
"I don't know why," Tego says, and Shige clears his throat, picks up Ryo's magazine.
"I don't know," Junno says, looking into Jin's pleading eyes with some despair. "It says 'Wet Your Whistle'. Is that it? You have a new English t-shirt? You want me to make a pun about your t-shirt?"
"No," Jin says, mournfully. "I'm leaving the band. You're all useless."
"I'm sure I've seen it somewhere before," Kame says, idly. It's hard to tell whether he's teasing or not. Jin nods, enthusiastically, somewhat dog-like.
"You know how to whistle, don't you, Steve?" Junno says.
"What." Jin says, indignant. "Who's Steve?"
They go home that night, depressed. Yamapi doesn't even feel he has the energy to eat, it's that bad. Nothing so sad as a failed practical joke. He slopes off into the bedroom and Jin follows, cross with everybody for being too stupid to realise. Even Kame couldn't work it out, and Kame's the smart one.
Jin stops in the doorway, watches as Yamapi spreads out on his back on the bed. The line of his hip, and the curve of his hands as he loosens his belt-
"Pi," Jin says, feigning innocent surprise. "Are you wearing my clothes?"
Yamapi looks at him, confused for a second, then smirks. "Yes," he says. "Do you want to take them back?"

btw i may jus be reading too much into it, but is steve a reference to kt's okinawa trip?

Actually, it's a bad, bad reference to an old film. XD; (This may be why I like writing Junno!) But I hadn't thought of that Steve, haha!

Yamapi looks at him, confused for a second, then smirks. "Yes," he says. "Do you want to take them back?"
