i've never really celebrated valentine's day, and this year will be no different. i really really really think it's a lame ass holiday and i'm not just the bitter person that's never had a valentine, i have always asked my boyfriends/love interests to not get me anything because this holiday sucks. I don't know why people are really into it but, whatever floats your boat... i'm much more into mardis gras, purely for the new love of my life, king cake. jaime and i hung out tonight, it was rather enjoyable, watched some american idol and pretty much just discussed life, then it was improv practice which was way fun because we learned a new game, and talked about sex, of course, and masturbation because hey, what else are 5 college girls going to have on their minds?
so yeah, that's about it. dropped off my starbucks application and i'm calling the manager to arrange an interview tomorrow. also, it looks like this summer will either involve me getting paid $12.00 an hour to be sony production's bitch (in the cinema department! ah!) or getting paid $10.50 to take pictures for disney at disneyland. i'm pumped because it means i'm either working in film or photo this summer, and i can't say i don't love both.
oh, and i wore my sweet beanie all day today, and got numerous positive comments on it. because, well, it's sweet. and it keeps my head pleasantly warm.
