To Dye for
This morning, I felt like experimenting with dying some yarn. I used a new technique, and I actually managed to use more than one color successfully. That was hours ago.
I was just looking at my yarn while it dried, and I realized something.
I dyed. the wrong. YARN!
Crap.
I have two different kinds of dyeable wool. One was thicker and a bit rough, used for hats and accessories. The second was thin, but very soft, which was intended for socks. I meant to dye the former, and accidently did the latter. Oh well. These are going to be some VERY interesting socks when I knit them up!
