Lifes strange undulations
ok, so turns out my life is going in a totally different direction to that I had planned, but I'm really enjoying the ride. Here are the things which are happening to me atm
1. Tour guiding is going well, theres a new guy and I got to basically teach him, which was nice.
2. Busking - I met a bloke called gary who wants to busk with me. Turns out he's a guitar teacher so he's teaching me that so I can busk with a guitar. He also used to be a dressage horse rider, which brings me on to the second point...
3. Horse riding - I've only had two goes so far on my friends horse blaze, but I've got quite into it and apparently gary wants to take me on a hack - which should be fun.
4. Traveling - seems to be off for the moment, but I'm really enjoying my life so I'm not too dissapointed by that
5. I went up to birmingham (solihull to be exact although I did go into the centre to visit my sister) It occured to me that it would probably not be such a bad thing to be living somewhere like that - maybe the outskirts of london or somthing - I could go ringing a lot at some really good towers, and maybe get a part time job as a teaching assistant which would be good experience for if I want to be a teacher. So maybe I'll apply to a few jobs in those areas. I'd probably come back to bath though to do a pgce - so It wouldn't be goodbye to the people around there.
So, I'm not really sure what I want to do. I think a good idea would be to apply for a few teaching assistant jobs, and then if I get one I can think about it then.
