(no subject)
Good day everyone, I hope you are all well today.
I am having an unnerving week. You all know how it starts, with the best of intentions for a weekly diet plan! WELL, the road to HELL is definitely paved with good intentions! I was starving and grouchy last night so of course, I stuffed my face.
Then my daughter woke up at 1 am vomiting and such with the flu. :( Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep.
Today is my other daughters' 14th birthday and she wants me to prepare mexican food for dinner (my fave!)
I promised her I would eat with her...grrrrr! AND, of course, ice cream cake for dessert....hhhmmmmpppphhh!
I have not even stepped on the scale today, I'm afraid to. I will be even more afraid tomorrow.
Of Course....all four of my kids will go through the flu in the next day or so. I wish the virus wasn't airbourne, it would be easier to prevent the other kids from catching it. I'm all good, though, I am a nurse and have had my flu shot :)
