Alrighty then!

I sorta kinda semi-started on Friday. No groceries, the weekend, eating out. But I just tried. And interestingly, I showed a 2-pound loss this morning. I am still in the sorta kinda semi stage, but I went grocery shopping today so I should be able to actually calculate now. The Rice Diet book came in today too. I'm reading it with fascination but I am undecided on whether or not to actually give it a go. The wonderful thing about counting calories is that while yes, I want to eat as healthfully as possible, I CAN incorporate not-so-healthy things when I choose to and, technically, stay on track. If I do give the Rice Diet a go it will purely be an experimental thing. And I won't feel an iota of shame or remorse if I decide it sucks and go back to calorie counting alone, hehe.
