I'm officially a college student
So yesterday the saga began. Liz, Matt and I headed out on our mini "roadtrip" to UCSD. The ride there made me realize how much I would miss them even though I'll see them soon. They're moving into their apartment in three weeks and over that weekend they'll bring me back down to the desert to stay for a few days (I'll get a chance to see Basil and Angie!! Come on you guys, get excited! Start counting down the days!).
Anyway, I dropped my stuff off in my room then headed out to Islands for one last meal with Liz and Matt. We were a little stoned...which is probably why we left this note scribbled on a napkin (in hopes that our server would find it and wonder what the hell had happened at our table while she was gone):
I'll love you forever.
And if you ever leave me I'll kill you.

Aside from that, saying goodbye to everyone has majorly sucked and I'm glad it's finally over. As of now things are pretty great: the weather is to die for, my roomate is the coolest person ever, and yay to being away from the desert! I'll update more later when I have the time.
