I wrote a similar letter back when the Worcester Public Library decided to be closed the Friday before Veterans Day. EVERYONE knows Veterans Day is observed on the Monday AFTER the actual holiday (when it falls on the weekend).

I know you can use their website online to find books though...if you did that and wrote down call numbers then the next time you go it would just be a surgical strike.
