With physics problems and a Hiti symbolism paper looming over my head, I think it's a great time to procrastinate.

This week started off HORRIBLY, and when I say horribly I really do mean horribly, as in the first three days of this week just might be the worst stretch of living in the life of Lauren Bonta. My sister and I got into an EPIC fight that climaxed on Sunday afternoon and resulted in the groundation of Lauren, which hasn't happened in a very, very long time. Funny, though, how she got out of everything in no trouble at all. Life is always unfair for the older child.

Monday was the day of my epic bad mood, wherein I wanted nothing to do with anything or anyone, especially the people in my house. I did go to the xc pasta party, which was nice, especially when we had a bonfire and made s'mores and Post-it Noted Sherb's car, inside and out, but I did have to deal with the family and the aftermath of the groundation.

Then Tuesday was the day of the epically bad cross country meet, in which I made a total fool of myself. There were only two good things about Tuesday, and those were getting back my first calculus test, which I rocked, and getting a set of false eyelashes from my secret senior, which are pink and shiny and which I am totally going to rock at the banquet next month (if I make it to then).

The rest of the week hasn't been too too bad, except tonight I have to write my Hiti paper on the symbolism in "Clay" and that's probably not going to go too well. Tomorrow is my last driving appointment (yeah, it's taken this long), and then Saturday night I get to go see Cirque du Soleil, which I'm pretty stoked about. PLUS, three-day weekend, AND I don't have xc tomorrow. It's only Thursday and already my week has done a volte-face (hello, Level H vocab word!) and is beginning to look up.
