My "be more healthy, eat less crap, move more" project for 2013 is going well, all things considered. But people who *really like* to exercise - I mean, I don't mind it most of the time, once I get going, but it's not a hobby for me like it is for these people - are not like the rest of us. And they don't really get my gallows humor in the midst of a 7 am bootcamp class. It's 7 in the morning and I'm doing this voluntarily, people, I'm going to be a smartass (that is, if I have enough breath left).
If you wanted to divide the world into two groups of people, and don't we all, the division between people who live in their bodies and only reluctantly use their brains, and those of us who live in our brains and only reluctantly use their bodies, would be a good one.
