Argh.
Why do so few hair salons in the Bay Area have online appointment booking? I hate talking to people I don't know on the phone anyway, but trying to make a hair appointment is a circle in Dante's hell. I propose a time, the receptionist says the stylist isn't working that day. They propose a time, it doesn't work with my schedule. We end up going back and forth for five minutes just to set up a damn haircut.
How about this - you present me with a grid of available days and times, and I will choose the one that works best for my schedule. Your receptionist can do more than spend all day on the phone, and I can not want to drill a hole in my skull. C'mon people, THIS IS WHY AL GORE INVENTED THE INTERNET.
