When Believers STOP worshipping songs with cool lyrics and start actually FOLLOWING the message in those songs, this hatred might even stop. Until then, I'm not holding my breath. I am so close to wiping my feet of "so-called christians", I could throw-up. If they actually read the OLD testament, they would KNOW that one should not "judge lest ye be judged." (Sorry, forget book and verse). I find it amusing that most righteous believers think that the entire old testament doesn't apply to them - except the 10 commandments. I still don't get how we can pick and choose which laws are valid and which ones we can ignore. Of course all the laws dealing with sacrifice and related laws are toast. But, can I really say that eating pig is cool? Couple this with knowing how the larger pig coporations house pigs to fatten them up, only stregthens my resolve to not consider pig healthy to eat. My uncle raised pigs and did not treat stack them on top of each others and let them do wahtever on top of the pigs below them.
AS far as a sign? I love the cat idea! However, I'd be more likely to make signs that quoted the "thou shall not judge" verse, and a sign that said "God loves those who curse others - NOT!" and similiar signs. But, it wouldn't have been funny.
