Just finished watching The Gospel of John. After I got past the weirdness of LOST's Desmond playing the role of Jesus ... wow, it was powerful. Like reading the Bible in a whole new light. So many insights, so many revelations. I have just enjoyed every single minute of it. Wow. It's beautiful

I hadn't heard of this movie. Thanks for the recommendation. Were you able to rent it somewhere or did you buy the DVD?

Re: assigned discussion- the term "art" may make it more respectable, but the term "felony" certainly tarnishes the legitimacy of the so-called "art." I'm trying to imagine the prison-yard conversation:

"Whaddya in for?"
"I'm an artist."
