i hate hospitals
i didnt go to school today. i had to go have blood tests done and x-rays taken.
first off, i hate needles, with a passion. i mean, when getting shots, i bit my doctor..until about the age of 13. yeah. thats how much i hate needles. and this particular needle was in my for about 5 minutes today. it was TERRIBLE! my mom and the nurse doing it were just having some randomly casual conversation and i was on the verge of crying and throwing up all at the same time. GAH! it sucked.
then, as per usual, when i went to get the x-rays, there was a huge wait and lots of creepy old people just staring at me. it sucked. and then, also as per usual (all for you rachie!), when i finally got in there, i had some stupid x-ray guy that didnt know what they were doing so they were being coached from the little room and kept readjusting my head and making me bend my neck in very paiful ways. gah. i dislike x-rays as well.
then, to make up for it all, my mommy took me to denny's, where i got a chicken strip salad (haha iva...the salad eaterrrr). i ate the chicken and cucumbers, but the dressing they gave me tasted like water, so i left most of the salad and ate one of my moms pancakes instead. then i got REESES PIE! holy momdome. it was AMAZING. i didnt finish it though, and i felt bad about that. i mean, my mom and i worked together on one piece and only at about 2/3 of it. it wasnt even that big! oh well.
then we came home (around 1:45) and fell asleep on the couch, and by the time i woke up, it was 6 o'clock. so we went to the grocery store to get dinner. i got cereal cause i rock. then dave called and we talked for a bit. i missed that kid.
